Greetings, Adair Park Community:
At the upcoming June 7, 2024 General Meeting, proposed changes to the Bylaws will be presented by the Board, for purposes of discussion during the Meeting.
We are not planning to vote on changes on June 7th. However, we would like to collect community feedback that can be edited into a new version. Once the latest version is prepared, we will have a legal review to ensure compliance with IRS 501(c)(3) regulations.
