The Bylaws of Adair Park Today, Inc. govern the day-to-day operation of the organization, including detailing the duties of the Board of Directors, Committees, Membership, and Meeting procedures.
The Bylaws are also intended to ensure the activities of Adair Park Today, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, abide by relevant IRS regulations.
Bylaws may be amended with a majority vote of both the entire Board of Directors and the membership attending any regular or special meeting.
