Ad-Hoc Organizational Review Committee Announcement

At the March 5, 2024 General Meeting, Adair Park members approved a motion to establish an Ad-Hoc Organizational Policy Review Committee. This Committee was formed in response to the Board’s findings that Adair Park Today’s current financial policies and policies require review to ensure they are satisfactory to support the organization’s current and future activities.

This Committee is empowered to review and propose policies relating to financial controls, financial reporting, and spending/reimbursement policies for Adair Park Today’s general operations. The Committee may also make recommendations to align Adair Park Today’s governance vis-a-vis Bylaw amendments. 

Committee Chairs whose Committees plan more than $1,000 spending in a calendar year are required to participate. All Adair Park Today members are also invited to participate and contribute.

Recommendations of the Committee will be considered and voted on by the membership in the coming Board meetings.
