Adair Park Today meets tonight at 7pm at the Kroc Center’s community room, located at 967 Dewey Street. This is just across Metropolitan Parkway from Adair Park. You will hear presentations from Mercy Housing, the Kroc Center farmer’s market team and a representative from Westview neighborhood, as well as representatives from the Atlanta Police Department, City Council and other government organizations. Come on out, meet some neighbors and listen to what is going on in Adair Park. The meeting lasts one hour.
Pittsburgh is hosting April’s NPU-V meeting at the Pittman Park Recreational Center, located at 950 Garibaldi Street. This meeting is Monday, April 11th at 7:30pm.
On the agenda are reports from a variety of public safety and elected officials. In addition, the folks from the GA Power substation project that presented at the Adair Park Today meeting on Tuesday will be there making their pitch to the NPU-V at large. Please attend if you can as these meetings not only help shape Adair Park but also the neighborhoods around us.
The next Adair Park Today meeting is tonight, Tuesday April 5 at 7pm. We will be meeting in the Community Room at the Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center at 967 Dewey Street. Park in the back, go to the door on the right hand side and buzz the front desk. Tell ‘em you are with Adair Park! We will be discussing the Easter Egg Hunt, rules for parks, this month’s Meet-N-Greet and other events, as well as hearing from various local officials. In addition, we will have guest speakers from Public Works, Williams Security, a consumer advocacy group and a group handling the art installation at the GA Power substation.

The winter storm watch has passed, and its time to get back into the business at hand. Please join us for the Adair Park Today meeting at the Stewart Avenue Methodist Church. We get there around 6:30pm to chat with neighbors, and the meeting is from 7pm-8pm. Bring a neighbor! Dues for the year are only $12.
State Rep Kathy Ashe will be the featured speaker. We will also hear from representatives from the Atlanta Police Department, the Community Prosecutor, City Council and other organizations. We hope to see you there!
