Crystal, Teague, Pedro and Erica are at it again with Friendsgiving! This awesome event will be this Sunday, November 11th starting about 1pm. Festivities start around 1 p.m. and we’ll eat around 3 p.m. Please bring a dish that can serve 12-15. It can be a childhood favorite or a new recipe. Please include in your response if you’re bringing an appetizer, side or dessert. BYOB and chairs.

Supervised children welcome! Erica is planning some great activities for youngsters. We are working out a plan for the Falcons vs Saints game. If you don’t want to make a dish, turkey or pork shoulder donations are encouraged.
Adair Park’s next meet-n-greet is this Friday, April 27th at Miquela Redwood’s house at 668 Mayland Ave. This event will start at 7pm. Miquela asks that you BYOB. She will have a few light snacks. Hope to see you there, and bring a neighbor!

This Friday, December 23rd, will be the 2nd annual Adair Park Holiday Meet-N-Greet starting at 8pm. This fun event will be held at 672 Catherine Street and will run until 11pm or when everyone is finally tired! Hosts will provide egg nog – both adult and non-alcoholic – and an assortment of cookies and sweets. If you feel like bringing a treat to share and your own beverages, please do! Celebrate the holidays with your fellow Adair Park neighbors before everyone heads off to spend time with their families. We hope to see you there!

For the August meet-n-greet, we are going to have another kickball game! Melanie Higgins and Jay Melton are going to host this fun event on August 21st from 4-7pm. Sure, its going to be hot, but you can go home and shower afterwards. Last time we had a blast as people of all ages played kickball, bocce ball, cornhole, ladder toss and other fun games.
We will provide popsicles, some bottles of water and some watermelon. You can bring any other snacks or drinks you want. We will provide the games, you just need to show up ready to play or watch! Bring your neighbors and friends, it is going to be fun!
Come out to the Adair Park cleanup followed by a meet-n-greet tomorrow! For the cleanup portion, meet at Adair Park I at 9am.
If you can’t make the cleanup, please come to the meet-n-greet at 2pm at 830 Brookline Ave. We will be there grilling hamburgers and hot dogs, both beef and turkey. We will have some veggie burgers too, along with some chips, salsa, potato salad and more. If you feel like bringing something, please do. We will have all eating utensils as well. We will have some sodas and beer, but you might want to BYOB. This will run from 2pm-5pm, and is open to all neighbors. Grab a neighbor and come enjoy the sunshine with us. We hope to see you there!
