The Salvation Army Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center is starting a farmer’s market just across the street from Adair Park! This market will be open on Saturdays from 9am-2pm. They look to begin on May 1st and run through September 30th. In addition, they are looking at this as an opportunity to employ 6 neighborhood kids, teaching them about owning your own business.
We will keep you posted as everything shakes out, but needless to say, this is exciting!
